Mr. Gordon Au Yeung currently is the company secretary of various listed companies which are listing on Main Board and GEM on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “Stock Exchange”).
Besides, he is also an independent non-executive director of a listed company which is listing on Main Board on the Stock Exchange.
Mr. Au Yeung was a chief financial officer of a listed company engaged in agricultural business and is listing on Main Board on the Stock Exchange from May 2019 to October 2021.
Mr. Au Yeung was a chief financial officer and company secretary of a listed company which is listing on GEM on the Stock Exchange from August 2017 to February 2019, the principal activities are designing, manufacturing, and selling two-way radios and baby monitor products.
Mr. Au Yeung was a chief financial officer and company secretary of a listed company which is listing on Main Board on the Stock Exchange
from May 2015 to August 2017, the principal activities are investing in securities listed on recognised stock exchanges and unlisted securities, including equity securities and convertible bonds issued by corporate entities.
Moreover, he held management positions in an accounting team in a listed company which is listing on Main Board on the Stock Exchange for more than 10 years.
Furthermore, he has participated in couple IPO projects, one was listed on Main Board and one was listed on GEM on the Stock Exchange successfully. He has extensive experience in investment, financial and auditing sectors.
Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (Business Management) from RMIT University (Australia)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University.
