Mr. Roland Ma has over 20+ years of experience in private equity investments across biotechnology, real estate, and hospitality sectors. Additionally, he has more than 10 years of experience in M&A and Corporate Finance.
As an Executive Director, he served Classified Group (Holdings) Limited (HKEx: 08232) from 7/2017 to 7/2020. Classified Group, which is recognized as one of the best regional Food and Beverage concepts in Asia, was founded in Hong Kong in 2006.”
From 2014 to 2017, Mr. Roland Ma held the position of Non-Executive Director and Authorized Representative at DT Capital Limited (HKEx: 00356). DT Capital Limited specializes in investing in the Greater China region, Southeast Asia, and Europe, and is classified as a Chapter 21 company. The company is listed on the Main Board under Chapter 21 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Listing Rules.
Furthermore, he holds a license under the Hong Kong Security and Future Ordinance to conduct regulated activities in Hong Kong SAR, including Type 4 (Advising on Securities), Type 6 (Advising on Corporate Finance), and Type 9 (Asset Management) advisory services.
