Leaded numbers of merger and acquisitions, restructuring, fund raising, and investment projects in the USA, Greater China, Asia, and Europe.
Senior management positions held in different hi-tech start-up companies in the Silicon Village, California back to 90s and oversaw companies’ finance and accounting department.

Former members of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Certified Management Accountants.
Graduated from University of Hawaii, Manoa with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance), and Hawaii Pacific University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Accounting and Finance).
