Mr. James Yip has 30+ years solid banking and financial experience in a variety of positions with several large international financial institutions (HSH Nordbank AG, Overseas Union Bank; Rabobank Asia) in international capital market/investment banking activities/credit assessment, private equity, corporate finance, project finance, private investment, and financial advisory consultancy.
Besides, Mr. James is the Non-Executive Independent Director of Asiatic Group (Holdings) Ltd, listed in Singapore, serving as Chairman of its Nominating & Remuneration Committees & a member of its Audit & Risk Committee since 2019. al market/investment banking activities/credit assessment, private equity, corporate finance, project finance, private investment, and financial advisory consultancy.
Principal Partner of Orion-Rigel Pte. Ltd., a financial and mergers and acquisition consulting firm since 2019.
Furthermore, he has 14+ years’ experience as an Independent Director of various listed companies such as Advance Modules Group Limited; USP Group Limited and China Essence Group Limited, all of which are listed in Singapore; Linc Energy Ltd which is listed in Australia; and Auhua Clean Energy Plc, which is listed in London, UK.
Additionally, Mr. James Yip graduated from the Graduate School of Business, University of Chicago with post-graduate diplomas in Management Studies and from NYU Stern School of Business in Financial Management.
