Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of:- A REIT with a portfolio of e-commence logistics assets based in Hangzhou China, valued at S$1.2 billion on the Singapore Exchange in July 2016, and
PureCircle, leading the sale of 75% equity of this London premium board listed company, worth 185 million UK pounds to a US Fortune 500 Ingredion in July 2020, in the midst of Covid-19 pandemic.
20+ boards of listed companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia and United Kingdom over the past 25 years, mainly as chairman of the audit committee.
Participated in the management of assets of more than US$4 billion in private equities, listed equities and fixed income securities in both the non-profit and commercial organizations.
